Step 1
The client agrees on a list of properties with me and I arrange viewings.
Step 2
We negotiate price and terms with the owner and their agent.
Step 3
The client drafts agreements together with me and/or their solicitor.
Step 4
The client secures the property by paying a deposit and plans date for transfer of deeds, with the owner.
Step 5
We review the final Rental Agreement or Sales and Purchase Agreement and
arrange final payment.
Step 6
In case of purchase I prepare papers for Transfer
at Land Registry Office.

CONTRACTS
Preparing and reading property agreements, leases and contracts in Thailand can be a daunting task for foreigners.
I have vast experience in making this process easy and understandable. I will ensure a transparent process, by taking care of translating and explaining terms and rental/purchase contracts to the client, as well as organising deposits and cheques at the various stages.
TRANSFERS
Preparing the paperwork for the Land Registry.
I have detailed knowledge in writing, handling and organising the paperwork for various Land Registry offices around Bangkok. In many of these offices I have personal contacts, who help ensure this becomes a smooth and comprehensible experience for all parties.
